PRODUCTS WARRANTIES: All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.

RETURNS: We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our Online Store. If you need to return your order give us a call or send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it and we'll make immediate arrangements to issue you a store credit or refund. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. On most new equipment (unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges) within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight prepaid.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival "DO NOT" accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, PLEASE CALL US OR E-MAIL US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE, for a Return Authorization Number.
